Gerald Glauerdt
Co-Founder & Chief Logistics Officer of Lazada Group
Gerald is a co-founder of Lazada Group and has initially joined the group in 2012 in Vietnam, as country Chief Operating Officer to start up the operations. Over the past 9 years, the company has developed from a small start-up, fulfilling a few orders in the office, to a big operation with several warehouses, offices and an own pick-up and delivery fleet across 6 countries in South East Asia.
In 2017, Gerald joined the regional Lazada E-Logistics team in Singapore responsible for Lazada Express (LEX) Network Design and Strategic Planning centrally, overseeing the 5 Lazada countries that have their own fleet. Since mid-2020, Gerald leads the operations for Lazada Singapore and Redmart as Chief Logistics Officer.
Prior to joining Lazada in South East Asia, Gerald worked as a consultant with Bain and Company and LEK Consulting out of the Munich and Boston offices. Gerald is an engineer by education and has obtained an MBA from IESE Business school in Barcelona, Spain/ CEIBS Shanghai.

Jane leads a team of data enthusiasts and growth strategists at Love, Bonito who are united to drive the organization’s strategy and growth.
Prior to joining Love, Bonito, she worked at Openspace Ventures where she sourced, executed and managed investments in early-stage technology companies across Southeast Asia.
Jane started her career at J.P. Morgan Technology investment banking in New York and Hong Kong. She graduated with High Honors from Princeton University with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder, hoolah
As COO and co-founder of hoolah, Asia’s leading omnichannel Buy Now Pay Later ecosystem headquartered in Singapore, Arvin oversees the overall business operations of the company, specifically Marketing, Product Development, Customer Experience and Operations. The operations function involves Merchant Onboarding and Automation Projects, while he also oversees Demand Generation and Data Services as new, emerging functions.
Prior to setting up hoolah, Arvin was the Director of the New Channels team at Visa, helping non-financial institution partners across Asia Pacific scale their businesses. His experience in payments started on the merchant side at a Canadian telco where he helped deliver a co-brand Visa credit card. He subsequently joined WorldPay’s business development team to deliver comprehensive payment solutions including gateway, acquiring, analytics and risk to eCommerce retailers across Asia Pacific.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Arvin holds an MBA from INSEAD, where he currently works with the alumni association to deliver a series of fintech events.

Siew Lin is leading a team in Foodpanda APAC where she oversees the centralization and automation of billing within APAC. With her passion and strengths in automation and process improvement, she has led multiple project initiatives and ERP implementations across several organizations.
As a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and Accredited Tax Practitioner in Singapore (SCTP), Siew Lin aims to help businesses succeed their ideas through planning, implementing and building a solid foundation in finance with great controls and scalability so that finance can act fast to support business growth and changes

Her key strength as a Coach lies in helping individuals to connect to their true internal inclinations, and in turn, achieve a sense of fulfilment in the work that they do. She has a reputation for being a good listener and is able to address deeper emotional issues with her clients.
Prior to her current work, she was in the banking industry for 5 years with valuable experiences across different functions, and is able to relate to business issues with an open mind.
