Business Development:
- Develop, maintain and grow network of relationships with internal departments to expeditiously solve a wide range of customer problems
- Build, update and refine Excel models, templates and charts including research on potential clients, existing client portfolio data, marketing materials and other performance and market detail
- Identify new business ventures and assess market opportunity (market sizing, trends)
- Research and aggregate data on markets, securities, portfolios, indices and potential clients

- Research and analyze risk patterns occurred on platforms
- Reviewing data and making recommendations based on findings
- Communicating with internal clients to ensure that they have all of the data they need to make informed decisions

Software Engineer:
- Developing applications (coding, programming)
- Debugging and testing code
- Documenting and testing new software applications
- Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
- Collaborating with senior leaders

  • Maintain employee training records in our intranet (SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System - LMS)

  • Manage the Learning Centre resources allocation. Be the primary contact for incoming request and division of labor. Examples of request such as room allocation, AV / broadcasting preparation etc

  • Manage and administers the learning management system (SuccessFactors) which includes creation and administer of training program and class. Assist with registration for employees. Generate training attendance form and training statistics report. Compile and record the program feedback evaluation

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day events at the Learning Centre including clarifying and coordinating with the respective stakeholders on their requests and requirements. Preparation of the training rooms, including logistical, AV and customer service, ensuring the sessions run smoothly

  • Travel logistics, including helping employees with the hotel accommodation, visa invitation letter. Catering & other event support services, including sourcing of venues, transportation etc., and ensuring the costs are within budget

  • Learning Centre facilities servicing vendor collaboration

  • Inventory management

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
