Community Growth & Operation Internship

Collect high-quality community activities and establish connection with their leaders, inviting them to publish community activities on the platform.

Responsible for the daily operation of the seed community on PlanHouse platform, maintain community activity, maintain interaction and contact with users in WeChat conversations, regularly update platform rules and news in WeChat groups, create topics of interest, and promote high-quality communities' activity content, handling events in the group, user feedback, maintaining communication order, etc.

Responsible for community user organization, improve community user portraits, regularly organize user feedback and platform user data analysis, and improve the community data system to drive product optimization iterations.

Responsible for the review and communication of the activity content and communicate with the community leader (user) for indicators such as user addition, retention, activity, fission, and conversion. Organize and analyze community feedback issues, and continuously optimize platform services. Exploring the optimal and replicable solution for community growth.

Screen high-quality community content, cooperate with the content marketing team to complete the writing, editing, beautification and dissemination of WeChat articles, as well as the creation, update and dissemination of content on social media.
