We're looking for intern to help with social media marketing, content writing, and lead generation. This can include creating for our social media platforms, writing blog posts and other written materials for the website, and helping out with lead generation through research and outreach.

Required Skills:

Excellent written English, familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

Pre-tertiary students need support in strategising and pursuing careers that they may be passionate about. However, the highly academic nature of education prevents them from spending enough time or effort exploring their options. 

We need to develop a platform/channel that will engage these students and drive them to our personal coaching and training services so that they will be able to build on their non-academic talents and secure the numerous opportunities available to them.

This platform may take the form of an information portal, content channel, interactive online resource, or even regular community events. We welcome your ideas and efforts.

This will primarily take 2 types of skills:
1. Business development and market research
2. Content creation

Assignment detail:
- Assist team members with the performance of their operations duties
- Create a plan of action, set project goals, and manage to completion
- Coordinate with product management to determine research objectives
- Identifying opportunities for business improvement

- Involved in the planning & execution of Marketing campaigns
- Managing our social media platforms 
- Exploring opportunities to develop business partnerships in FinTech
- Design marketing content and execute SEO/SEM

Business Development:
- Develop, maintain and grow network of relationships with internal departments to expeditiously solve a wide range of customer problems
- Build, update and refine Excel models, templates and charts including research on potential clients, existing client portfolio data, marketing materials and other performance and market detail
- Identify new business ventures and assess market opportunity (market sizing, trends)
- Research and aggregate data on markets, securities, portfolios, indices and potential clients

- Research and analyze risk patterns occurred on platforms
- Reviewing data and making recommendations based on findings
- Communicating with internal clients to ensure that they have all of the data they need to make informed decisions

Software Engineer:
- Developing applications (coding, programming)
- Debugging and testing code
- Documenting and testing new software applications
- Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
- Collaborating with senior leaders

Marketing & PR Intern) 
This role will equip you with a broad experience that can be translatable across any business. Projects you will undertake include social media marketing, internal process improvement, data analysis, content creation and other marketing/ PR activities.

  • Creating written content for website, marketing materials, and social media accounts

  • Research social media trends and provide ideas for developing a social media strategy

  • Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Support in the creation of social media metrics reporting

  • Competitive research and prepare specific real estate reports for trends analysis 

  • Design simple social media assets: video, gif, banners using Canva

  • Event ideation, planning, and execution

  • Assist with photo taking, video taking and editing for social media

  • Support in the setup of paid social media advertising and marketing campaigns

  • Write press releases and copywriting for corporate brochures and other marketing collaterals

  • Community engagement & help propose responses to queries coming through social media, ensuring that queries are directed to the relevant parties or answered in a timely manner

  • Any other ad-hoc design/administrative duties


  • Mandatory: Proficient in English, an advantage if you are bilingual in English and Chinese

  • Has excellent writing and is detail-oriented

  • Experience in WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Understanding of social media platforms and how to engage audiences using different types of image-based content

  • Willingness to learn and is seeking to self-improve

  • Strong time-management skills can handle multiple projects simultaneously
