Background Information
You are part of Company X’s Business Analysis team and have been approached by your supervisor, Thomas, who wants to better understand the business landscape that Company X is in. This will be particularly helpful for the company in understanding the current business trends in the industry, so that we can better serve our customers. Additionally, this will also help us to understand how we compare to other competitors in the market, allowing us to establish business and marketing plans that will help us to stand out from other competitors.

Your Task
Well done on completing your first task! Next, your task is to identify our competitors and analyse their business strategies, and submit a report that summarises your findings.
Think about other areas where customers go for the products or services that Company X offers. Identify 2-3 other companies or areas that stand out to you the most, and research on their business and marketing strategies. You can obtain any information that is provided on their company website, social media or the internet.
Your report can include:
